Reading between the lines and listening to ministers, I think they will be looking at younger people. Only yesterday, Reeves apparently said “having a million young people not in employment education or training is a stain 0n our country”.
I think you are right and young people and all people under a certain working age but still think many should not be forced into work just to cut welfare bill as that will not work.
