I had to send a second set of photos with my car in the drive as they decided I couldn’t have a charger as I didn’t have a drive.
I’d not be too surprised if it took a great deal of discussion to get them to accept that you can have a charger and, as @kezo suggests, you’d need something from the landlord in writing proving they’re happy but I doubt that’d be enough.
