I’m not doing it Jojoe, however yearly I have up to 12 weeks of real healthy eating, no sweets, cake, biscuits, coffee, water only to drink(it’s difficult).
plenty of fruit, veg, mostly chicken breast, odd steak and veg, no chips, takeaway curries and all the goodies that go with takeaways..
I find breakfast can be difficult as I love breakfasts of any sort, cooked, cereals, takeaway, alsorts.
Best of luck anyway.. feels great when it’s done..
