This is what I sent,
9 times out of 10 the App doesn’t let me connect to the car blaming “Battery Priotection” despite the keys not being anywhere near the car or me accessing the App more than once every 3 days or so.
Given the automatic unlock and door handle sensors also stop working I believe the car is going into deep sleep mode and disabling the communitcation to the App due to the very poor quality 12v battery. I have the car booked into my (useless) dealer on Dec 4th to look at this as well as the passenger seat heater failing.
On November 20th I set the car to pre-heat as we had an early start, it was -2c, of course the car didn’t pre-heat and I had to use the key fob to open it. Also both heated seats failed to work, after about 30mins driving they then started working again. The passenger seat then failed to work the following day and has been inoperative ever since.
I had measured the battery before setting off and it only read 11.6v indicating it was discharged yet again, most probably due to the cold weather.
It’s now November 29th, the App (version 7.81) has once again logged me out, once in it’s still reporting the state of the car as of 10:40am on November 27th and will not refresh.
