i am in favour having seen my father have a lingering and very painful death his arteries basically died slowly from his feet up over 3 weeks until major organs began to fail. all the doctors could do was give him more and more pain releif which didnt touch the pain. he spent most of his time between massive morphene doses curled up in a foetal position crying. it was horrible to see.
so long as there are checks and balances in place to ensure no one gets railroaded against their wishes i am in favour. at the moment we treat our pets with more dignity.
