So, just had a reply from the councils EV chap. “I run the projects for all of the on-street charging solutions, and we have not taken any out, and we do not plan to. Not sure where they have got that bit of information, so apologies for that. We are looking at other solutions and doing further trials, or having a permanent solution out in place like the kerbo, or another solution, but nothing confirmed. There is a new version currently out, but we have not installed any and would not swap out current working trial versions.”
Looking at the state on that install they should sack the cowboy builder and the so called project manager that signed that mess off asap
