@Glos Guy what sort of damage cover do you get or does Motability take care of that ? Do you have to place a credit card on file with them ?
If I understand your question correctly, we have to pay an accident excess (can’t remember how much, it was years ago) and Motability take care of the rest. I had the option to place a card on file for the excess, but I elected to pay over the phone when they called me to say that the car was ready.
