I am pretty certain you will be offered a speed awareness course
The next letter you receive will give three choices
1. Take a fixed penalty (fine and points)
2. Attend a speed awareness course (similar cost to fixed penalty but no fixed points)
3. Ask to attend court (risk of a much higher financial penalty)
Seriously the speed awareness course is ok and worth doing so I would always recommend people to do that one (you wont be offered it if you have already recently done one or your speed was much higher than limit)
