Sounds like imo and own experience that another Ohme bodge job has been completed by one of their many sub contractor who I suspect first took a slice of the pie and then simply re-contracted it straight out again to anyone and anybody thats closest to you and was the cheapest
Dont let them give you the runaround
The quickest way imo to resolve this matter seeing now that this is a recall is to make an official complaint online if that dosent resolve the problem then contact Motorbility CEO PA and trust me things will then quickly be resolved.
