Anyone know how long it is taking Octopus or Ovo to install a smart meter?
Took absolutely forever with Octopus. We waited over a year for them to make an appointment. Basically was done the next day, but to get to that point took genuinely ages.
This is what concerns me if moving to a new supplier.
