I think, and certainly hope, that it is “or” on Octopus Intelligent, because during the eligibility check, if you select a car and a charger that are not compatible then it won’t let you proceed, but if, as I did, you choose a charger that is not compatible (I have Hypervolt) and a car that is (I await an Enyaq) then you are allowed to sign-up.
Looking at it slightly more in-depth, something seems to have changed. It’s now a case by case basis depending on software of car and charger. When we signed up, we called Octopus because the original charger we wanted (Hypervolt) with a GTE (hardware-compatible, like the Enyaq) wasn’t possible, so we went for a different charger. It is possible now.
So scratch this, sorta.
