Sorry to hear you have been having problems with the installer etc.
Our install went smoothly from the pre-install survey to the actual install. The installation was carried out by Aero-EV.
We also had the 5 meter Ohme charge cable delivered to us at home and feels bit lighter than the cable that came with our bZ4X.
