I don’t get the relevance? I said use the RAC or you won’t get a hire car, and the AA is no better had to call them last week from hire car waited nearly 2 hours for them to bring their universal spare wheel so I could drive home.
The only breakdown service I have ever recommended is Green Flag I have never waited longer than and hour at roadside. Obviously not an option here of course.
I had a flatbed booked to collect car from home to the dealer years ago and they were 20 mins late so I called up to confirm they were coming and lady issues grovelling apology gave me £50 cheque and 50% off renewal without me saying a thing and I was sat at home so didn’t care anyway.
