Hi Pudsey yes mine would want to do a regen every time after 300 plus miles on motorway and dual carriageway when we where moving house from Wiltshire to Northumberland. I also had the problems with rust appearing as bubbles under paint at six months old and after the third time in for respray of different panels motab said enough is enough as was a faff getting hire car each time
