More importantly, I find it odd last communication was two week ago and you haven’t heard anything from the installation company, if only to give you at least an AM or PM appointment!
What happens if you had a hospital/doctors appointment and needed to organise a relative to be available. Poor CS really.
Ive heard some receiving the charger through the post but, thats not to say it happens to everyone and very much depends who the contractor is.
I hope it all goes ahead and to plan for you tomorrow mate.
If its a no show, don’t mess around chasing them, rather get email Andrew Millers and get jis office to sort it.
