Apparently they swapped it out to test it (big fat lie) there is sound coming from it just not much!
If I could find someone local I could swap it myself, 5 to 10mins to get it out, lift floor, remove plastic boot trim piece, remove poly box and then 2 screws!
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
