    We have just had our fitting for our BEV charger cancelled last minute ( again) by Ohme’s installer Ascent services. Initially they were due on the 29th February but called to change the time of their visit from morning to afternoon. We couldn’t do this so I was rearranged for today 11.30 they rang at 10 to say their fitter was unavailable and there are no other fitters in the area. I’m out of pocket having arranged help so they can freely access my property. It’s now rearranged for Friday ( we’ll see). So many people are having difficulty with the installations.

    I don’t expect you to do anything with my case I’m sure you have more pressing issues to attend to. But when you are reviewing your suppliers with your operations team perhaps you could add my story to the many others you have.
