Unfortunately they are proving very challenging with myself too. Initially had the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, which they extended to 2 extra years, but vile thieving rats stole the car before Christmas, which really annoyed me as i really liked having that car. It took them 3-4 months to finally contact me and let me know i can finally look at getting another car as they’ve acknowledged its not coming back. Tried calling up 3 times today to say i have looked around and the most practical and comfortable one is the Skoda Enyaq as fuel is too costly nowadays, and electric is the most cheapest viable option. They kept trying to throw other brands around or give me the lowest spec enyaq which would confine me around the London area only which is not fair, nor practical. I can’t understand why they advertise models of vehicles if they wont fund it. There’s advanced payments that goes beyond £3000+. All I’m asking is the mere £1700 model as it has everything that’s required and better mileage. its not like I’m asking for a Polestar or Tesla!
