Yeah i would’ve handed the car back the problem is i’m waiting on my PIP renewal so i can’t order another car until that’s sorted. Thankfully Motability have told me i can claim my money back for the period my car is unusable.
I thought if we were already on the scheme the less than 12 months rule didn’t apply? That’s what others have said ? My window opens 10th Feb but dwp have been @&£&@&£ing about with my form since last July. As spinal cords don’t yet regenerate I’m not sure what else I can do to show I’m still eligible ?♀️
