You could have Motability do all the installation work, fit a Ohme charger and then swop the charger to Zappi thus making it cheaper in the long run. You could then flog the Ohme charger to someone

I am Octopus Agile for import, Octopus Flux for export and Octopus Tracker for gas, over the Christmas period:
Electric 19th – 31st 167.2 kWh 4.10p per kWh/ 1st January – 7th 103.2kWh 12.10p per kWh,
Gas 1412.9 kWh 4.09 per kWh
You can programme the Zappi and set the cost to only charge at that maximum price.
