I’m on Octopus Go 9p per kwh between 00:30 and 04:30 , plug it in and it’s set for delayed charge to start at 00:31 from an outdoor 3 pin socket, takes less than the 4 hours to fully charge. I’m very impressed with it, but with our low mileage i should have went full EV.
Currently paying 4.5p for 5 hours with EDF (though thats only til the end of next month.) I have solar and a battery, so am now considering buying a Zappi and moving to Octopus Intelligent Go for 6 hours at 7.5p, plus 15p export tariff. I do a lot of miles, but I wish I had a full EV, my next car will be.
My export is on the Flux rate slightly better the fixed 15p
