We will be having curry for Christmas Dinner at the Joss household.
My idea of heaven! Wish I could convince Mrs Joe. I’m a true curry fan, make them from scratch myself with a base gravy. Love em really hot, Vindaloo or a Jalfreze with fresh green chillies. If anyone is interested, have a look at Al’s Kitchen on YouTube, he does some great videos making authentic Bir curries.
