    Another small step in the right direction, got an email from Northern Powergrid wanting to arrange the upgrade of my fuse carrier if needed. Spent about 20mins on hold and they’re going to call me back!

    Your DNO (Northern Power) should have a record of what size cut out is fitted but, never the less things are moving forward and something to be thankful for I guess.

    If you have a meterbox key you can check yourself. As a guess from the age of your house you probably have 80A maybe 100A. From memory Clancy Docwra act as the service provider for NP.
