The sales guy didn’t reply to the email so called him and conveniently he was off the day we sent it! He cancelled the order and sent a confirmation email. He did ask if it was another Kodiaq we were getting and which dealer it was coming from.
The new dealer started the application before we traveled to ensure there would be no problems when we arrived. It’s abit crazy we had to do a 3 hour round trip just to fill a form in but that’s down to motability making the rules, not the dealer.
