Hello could I ask is your charge cable with Blackwood homes going over a communial path on to communial parking ? My property is lease hold and I was told by one person at longhurst housing I wouldn’t be granted permission as my cable would cross path ( it would be covered by a mat ) and parking is communial ie not my own drive way which I knew . It’s still on going with me I’m waiting to see prices January 2nd the head office is close to relations so I can go there in the new year
You have a driveway going up towards your house, A pathway running alongside going to your front door and Longhurst housing are saying this is communial!
You need to speak with someone else Mike or put an a permission form in!
