Kodiaq and Tarraco both excellent cars.
The Qashqai E-power is excellent and as Mike700 say the doors open almost 90deg, which you may find usefull.
The CX5 excellent drivers car, frugal engines – maybe showing its age now.
The XC40 is tiny, well the smalles’t on your list anyway. It also thirsty on fuel from what others have said.
Kodiaq (Tarraco) or Qashqai, would equally be my choice, with it being down to the one I felt more comfortable in, unless you needed 7 seats.
