Last contact I had was a phone call on November 24th, she did say it was taking longer than thought with it being the first one but that it was all OK and permission would be granted. The chap from the council said he’d also spoken to them and they seemed happy enough to go ahead.
No doub’t the council, has sent the kerbo approval letter to your HA. Perhaps pop it in an email yourself to your HA. and politely ask when your likely receive the approval letter, to enable fitment of the charger!
