I agree with @kezo, if the dealership won’t provide the information that makes you feel comfortable, cancel the order and go elsewhere. They really won’t like it but only have themselves to blame.
I’d even call Motability and explain the whole situation and ask them to cancel the order ready to put the order in again elsewhere.
I'm Autistic, if I say something you find offensive, please let me know, I can guarantee it was unintentional.
I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
