@kezo, Indeed, I’ve never had a VPN, but from what I understand, if you specify another country its another IP address. But nowadays, every shop, restaurant has WiFi and will have their own IP address. But to cause problems to the site and move to other locations to do this, is a bit extreme. But who knows? I hadnt really thought about it how the World has changed the past 10 years and what is available now….lol. It is crazy the rate of change we have lived through in 12 years, and we take it for granted.
Many VPN’s have more than one server in each country and as you suggest things have moved on in past decade. Some dingbat is going to make use of that, even ever cleverer bored kids during school holidays.
