Another email from my HA asking where it would be fitted and wanting a copy of the original adaptation request form I sent them back in August, I think they may have lost it as I’d attached a photo showing where I’d like it fitted!!.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
