Finally, after several weeks the Ohme saga has found closure. The missing cable arrived today after a few emails did the trick. The final part of their useless service being their assertion the cable delivery had been attempted 24 October and returned to the “local post office” – which was a load of old tosh!! I’d changed the date to 30th because we were away and now have 2 identical pictures of me taking delivery on two separate dates lol.
I sincerely hope NEVER to have to contact them again but fear this unlikely.
