My daughter asked me to help with handing out sweets to the kids coming to her door for Halloween. She had pre-bagged 90 bags of sweets but in just under two hours those bags had gone, we had ran out and there were at least twenty at the door after this. The code where I live is that a house with decorations is welcoming the kids to the door and no decoration means no sweets. Not sure if this is the same code for your area but it seems a good idea.
