I’m going to ditch Virging TV box and going for either a recordable Freesat or freeview box ?

Yep this is what I’m thinking, the only problem is the recordable freesat box is around £250. I’m thinking of just streaming and using catch up. I know a few people with Sky Glass, they all say they very quickly got used to not recording anything. I noticed Sky do a streaming puck package for £38 that includes 65mb broadband, Netflix and the sky channels.

The outlay might be £250 but considering how much you pay over 2yrs for you base TV package it works out aot cheaper at £10.40 a month, cheaper if you use the apps on your TV or buy a non recordable box!

mrs kezo would be happier with a recordable box, so its in my best interests to bow to her commands ?

We live in a freeview lite area and dont get (comm 7) all HD channels, so likely be Freesat, which some TV’s have built in Freesat tuners Samsung etc.
