    That’s largely gone over my head mate but I’ll need a DNR at some point with these jokers! Anyway, someone is getting a rocket tomorrow when it should be a great day picking up the Ioniq 5.

    I once made an official complaint to Motability about Europcar and they didn’t even respond! It’s not escaped my attention that Motability is nowhere near as good as it was from a user perspective. The customer facing teams are all massively overworked – you only have to live chat to know they’re chatting to 3 or 4 people at once!
