It depends on terms and conditions on order form when you placed order If you didn’t get this at point of order the onus is with dealer
Each motor group or dealer have terms and conditions when ordering but if outside of what you were told at order speak to sales manager As the ordering dealer has to cancel order on the system before new order can placed elsewhere
