Renault don’t come with mats and they even tried to charge for fitting. Peugeot 208gt came with mats as did my Volvo V40, Vauxhall Astra didn’t. I think it depends on the manufacturer and trim spec. I personally think it would be in Motability’s best interest to supply them, I’ve always looked after my Motability cars buy I’ve seen some that looked like they’ve been used as a decorator’s van lol.
