That makes a bit more sense as when I spoke to the lady at Ashford Invicta Ford and showed her the Motability page listing it as a location, she shrugged her shoulders and said: “things changed”.
Wonder if Motability would eventually switch to a different way of providing cars? Like a broad range of cars under the Motability banner; you show up and look at all different models of varying manufacturers. Because in the short period of time I’ve been eligible, the dealerships just aren’t that interested in engaging. Maybe I’ve not yet found the right place but it’s more difficult than I initially expected.
