My motability car had a minor bump on a car park when someone hit it and drove off. RSA have been rubbish, still not repaired since March 2023 and every excuse under the sun. Motability have been no better. Tried to speak to a manager and they refuse to speak. Really disappointing service on all levels. Motability customer care really none existent. Will really think about renewing. Anyone know how to make a formal complaint beyond customer services who promise call backs that have not happened?
