Reno are still using the 1.6-litre full-hybrid petrol, with 143bhp, in the new Arkana and upcoming Clio, which got alot of bad press when it was first introduced. Although they are reintroducing the mild hybrid again to the Arkana-whether thats here or in other markets I’m not sure.
The Austral uses the new 1.2 hybrid engine which produces 200bhp which is said to be considerably better, though not perfect.
