that’s really interesting i had my advice on the 64kw Kona i’ve had since september 2021. received a nice video showing the west and tear on brakes and suspension then when I collected the car they gave me a fully itemised report with costs on. really useful information on it actually. i guess it varies with dealer. my car was serviced SG PETCH in Darlington. they are fantastic, can’t fault them.
