    I always thought the DNO was responsible, might be worth a call if you’re getting nowhere with your supplier.

    We have a smart meter for payg and it makes paying easier,  online payment with card and it’s all done from home, no need for a trip to a shop.  I too can’t wait for the price correction.

    I'm Autistic, if I say something you find offensive, please let me know, I can guarantee it was unintentional.
    I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
