Hello, I ordered a Citroen EC4 on 18th July 2022 told it was built in November and would be ready for delivery Dec 19th 2022 but no show. Rang every month to see if there was any news to no avail but it has definitely been built and have order and vin number. The dealers have been chasing Citroen who have been in touch with the transport company and the dealers are now saying they don’t know where the car is but other EC4’s have been delivered even those ordered months after mine but no news on mine. Been on the Motabilty scheme for over 25 years and never come across this before and it’s so frustrating. Really hope everyone waiting for cars gets them without any hassle. Sorry for the long winded post.
