    I’ve got a 2019 A Class merc and the Mercedes me app still works for me.  Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? Make sure you know your log in details first . Or failing that removing the car from the app and re adding it.  I have a feeling you need to know the VIN number for the car to re add it.  My dealer set mine up when I picked the car up so not sure on what details are needed
