    @Sue I would tell them that you know that what they are saying is completely untrue and that it’s a 5 minute admin job. If they still won’t budge I would cancel and go to another dealer on principle. I definitely wouldn’t re-order with the same dealer as they are clueless and this may be a red flag as to how they will treat you between now and delivery. Dealers like this don’t deserve our custom.
