I’m having a problem connecting my LG TV to the internet using a USB cable. I connected it previously using Wi-Fi but I moved the modem close to the TV and thought I would connect it via Ethernet but it won’t detect the Ethernet cable.
The cable is pretty old so not sure if that’s the problem or if there are new Ethernet standards I should be upgrading to but it’s certainly not working at present.
I have reconnected using Wi-Fi but would prefer the efficiency of an Ethernet connection.
