What the badge snobs are TOTALLY missing is that we are rapidly entering a new world of electric. The BMW and Mercedes offerings referred to are all £60k plus for goodness sake. In the ICE age I wouldn’t have considered a Nissan either BUT this is the new Electric age and the Ariya is a brand new, built from the ground up electric car. The quality inside is superb, I’ve actually driven one !!! it is far better than similar price German marks. How someone can review and dismiss a car without even seeing it in the flesh staggers me !!! Photos and videos seldom tell the truth about a car, bit of advice, at least see one, and preferably drive one before slagging it off. And it is totally ridiculous to compare cars not in the same price band, utter madness.
