I think my dealer has been reasonable for these times.
To be honest I read and view so much about a car long before I order one I think I know more about the car that the dealers do. The dealer on collection started to run through a few things about the car but he could see my lack of of interest and sure he felt he was just teaching me to suck eggs.
He did ask if I wanted the “Car Connect” set up but as that includes passwords and all that I gave it a miss but was a bit worried because in the past it require authorization from your dealer but again I read they’ve changed that and the security is via having the two keys for the car present.
I waited near on 15 months for my new car and the dealer always got back to me whenever I called them but then I understand the current situation with car deliveries and its mostly out of their hands so I always spoke to them with a civil tongue. ?
On this handover I just wanted to know how to pop the filler cap as normally the first trip from the dealer is to a petrol station however they already put half a tank in, a first for me in the five Motability cars I’ve had.
