I’ve got to that equivalance by comparing my energy costs per mile in the EV to the cost of petrol at £1.389 as, to me, that’s a fair like for like comparison.
TBH, all I’m interested in is how much I paid for the distance I drove ?. MPG figures are meaningless. It’s all about how much it costs you to travel those miles each year. With the cost of living being so high, anything that can save you money has to be a good thing. Yeah, charging costs are on the up but at my current cost of just over 2p a mile I’m quids in for a long time yet.
