I watch a lot of football and F1, I have Ultra HD on my Sky package, I can honestly say it’s stunning.
I not a footy fan, more motor sport. Never really thought of watching then in UHD TBH.
I have recently switched from sky entertaiment to Virgin basic plus doc’s. Most films/sport I watch are on ever on my androidkodi box or firestick and my reference above would have been on films.
