I know my son uses an Android tab for is nito powered RC, so there’d be no issue with your drone. I edit mostly on my PC or laptop with a bigger monitor/screen, as well as doing electrical cad drawings when I was working
There’s a misunderstanding here. While there’s no issue technically in using an Android Tablet (i have done before), the iPad Pro is better. Partially due to the iOS DJI app being more stable compared to the android one, but mainly (as i stated) it’s the hardware, or more specifically, the screen. There’s no Android tablet out there that competes with the display in the iPad Pro, even the Tab 8 Ultra screen is worse. And that’s compared with my 21 model of iPad Pro, not the newer ones (no idea, i’m not an Apple fanboy who needs a new i-something every few months, so not sure where they stand now).
What Nitro RC uses a tablet? Or more specifically, what for? Nitro RCs don’t have a speed controller to connect to, the only time i connect to my electric RCs other than the drone, it’s to keep an eye on voltage (30V batteries are too expensive to ruin). I find FinalCut Pro more convenient to use for editing (while chilling on the couch) than Premiere or Vegas. I do do (teehee) my CAD stuff on the PC though, i like my Fusion360 (for the little “designing” i do for 3d printing).
Same to you, although i certainly won’t go out today – nursing a nasty bronchitis at the moment.
